Words in momentum. (publication)

In 2015 my Pops (grandfather) and I decided to publish a bunch of my writings I had been been putting together since I was 16. Much of it had been updated and re-written over time as I matured and learned more about that particular form of expression.

I hated every minute of the process. Honestly, the company I chose to try this with did very little. They gave me bad advice on my own writing and stuck me with the most generic back cover wording ever. I felt pressured to get it done and when it came to the cover, I explained what I wanted and they sent me chunks of images, instead of a cover. So naturally I winged it and made my own, also a big mistake. Laughs.

However through all of it, I at least knew that these works would be copyright protected and I could always go through and re-write whatever needed to be corrected. Maybe I’ll even look into re-publishing the works through a more professional and interested party.

The book is called, Trumpets Will Fill The Sky. Its 200 pages of obscure poems and short stories, strange oddities of words that move in sound across your mind. I may not have sold a million, but the few people that have reached out have told me that they were moved by what was written. That, I greatly do appreciate.

The works I will show moving forward will be new and maybe even build up to a new publication. I hope you enjoy what I produce and I look forward to meeting others of a like mind. Thank you.
